25 Days of Christmas: Piper

Piper is our Christmas name of the day. Currently, she is ranked the highest she's ever been, coming in at 110. She means "pipe or flute player." She relates to Christmas by the song "The 12 Days of Christmas." She is in the line Twelve pipers piping.

Piper gained popularity after the television show Charmed first aired in 1999. Another well-known Piper is Sarah Palin's youngest daughter, Piper Palin.

Piper would make a lovely, subtle holiday choice for a daughter. She is trendy, not too popular, and very sweet. Check back tomorrow for our next Christmas name!
